Telia x SHL – Customer Event in Luleå

As a proud sponsor of the 2025/2026 SHL season, Telia hosted an exclusive customer event at Coop Norrbotten Arena in Luleå. The event was designed to bring together business value, knowledge sharing, and relationship building in an engaging and inspiring environment.

Customers and industry peers gathered for an afternoon and evening focused on networking, cybersecurity, and the future of digital infrastructure.

Following an insightful keynote presentation, guests continued the conversation over dinner, providing an opportunity to connect with both Telia representatives and fellow business leaders. The evening concluded with an SHL semi-final matchup between Luleå Hockey and Skellefteå AIK, creating a memorable blend of professional insights and live entertainment.

By combining expert perspectives, discussions on key industry challenges, and meaningful customer engagement, the event demonstrated how Telia creates value by fostering meeting places where technology, security, and business intersect.

The Luleå event was one of several customer events delivered by Adventy in partnership with Telia, following a similar concept built around major sports and arena experiences in Stockholm and Malmö.

Adventy’s Role

For this project, Adventy was responsible for end-to-end event management, logistics, and digital attendee administration. From invitations and registration flows to on-site coordination, we ensured a seamless and professional experience throughout the entire event journey.

Working closely with Telia, we managed all operational aspects of the event, creating a smooth structure that allowed participants to focus on the content, networking opportunities, and overall experience.
