A Tailor Made Incoming Experience in Stockholm with a Focus on Architecture

During the spring of 2025, we managed a complete incoming event in Stockholm for a major corporate group from Norway. We were responsible for the entire production, from international logistics to tailored experiences, with a particular focus on architecture, urban development, and first-class meeting environments.

In our role as the local DMC in Stockholm, we delivered a comprehensive concept that included air and rail transport, transfers, hotels, guides, activities, restaurants, and on-site operational project management. The program was designed entirely around the client's needs and interests in modern architecture and sustainable urban development.

The accommodation was located at Scandic Grand Central, a centrally situated conference hotel offering excellent accessibility for international groups and efficient solutions for larger parties. The location provided the group with an optimal starting point to experience Stockholm – one of Europe’s most attractive destinations for corporate events, conferences, and incentives.

The event began with smooth self-check-in and brief meetings before the group was guided to dinner in the iconic Östermalmshallen. The evening continued with an exclusively reserved dinner at Beirut Café, where a high level of service and a vibrant atmosphere created the perfect start to their stay.

The second day was dedicated to a specially tailored architecture program that combined a bus tour and walking tours through Stockholm's most dynamic development areas, including Hagastaden and Norra Djurgårdsstaden. Participants gained deep insights into the city's sustainable urban planning, modern construction projects, and future visions – content that was highly appreciated by companies in the construction and real estate sectors.

Lunch was served in a private section at the Moderna Museet, offering panoramic views of the water and the city's classic skyline – a combination of culture, gastronomy, and destination showcase.

In the afternoon, a creative sightseeing experience was organized with the Ocean Bus, where the group experienced Stockholm from both land and water – a popular feature in international incentive programs.

The event concluded with an exclusive gala dinner in the courtyard of Sturegallerian at Supper, complete with dinner, drinks, and entertainment – a memorable finale to the conference trip.
