Incoming Event in Stockholm for International Group

In late September, we had the pleasure of working as a local DMC in Stockholm in close collaboration with a Belgian event agency to deliver a tailor made incoming programme in Sweden for 45 international guests. Together, we created a well structured concept combining Stockholm’s culture, history and stunning natural surroundings into a seamless and memorable group experience.

The programme began with an iconic visit to ABBA The Museum, offering guests an engaging introduction to Swedish pop culture and one of Stockholm’s most popular attractions for international groups. Through strong local expertise and destination knowledge, we supported smooth logistics and carefully coordinated experiences throughout the stay.

In Stockholm’s Old Town, guests enjoyed interactive team based activities designed to strengthen collaboration while exploring the historic streets and picturesque squares. Lunch was hosted in one of the city’s oldest restaurants, where traditional Swedish cuisine was served in a historic setting filled with centuries of character and charm.

A true highlight of the incoming programme in Sweden was the high speed RIB boat tour through the Stockholm archipelago, showcasing one of Scandinavia’s most unique natural landscapes. The experience included a classic Swedish fika stop in a scenic location, allowing guests to enjoy both adventure and relaxation.

The final day featured a scenic lunch cruise to Drottningholm Palace, followed by an exclusive rooftop dinner overlooking the Stockholm skyline, delivering a premium closing experience for the group.
