Guldstänk is the annual business gala of Västerås City, an evening where the city's entrepreneurs, business people, and organizations stand in the spotlight. Here, success, innovation, and community meet to celebrate the efforts that make Västerås a thriving place for business and development. In 2024, Adventy once again had the honor of organizing the gala.

This year was extra special as the gala celebrated 20 years. The evening was characterized by elegance, inspiration, and networking in a festive atmosphere. Prestigious awards were given to companies and individuals who had distinguished themselves through their leadership, creativity, and valuable contributions to Västerås's development. The categories varied, but what united all the winners was their passion and commitment to the city's future and growth.

Being a part of Guldstänk is something we at Adventy see as a true privilege. In close collaboration with Västerås City, we work to create a gala that leaves a lasting impression – both on the award recipients and the audience.

Our role encompasses everything from the creative planning to the precise execution of the stage production, where we ensure that each moment on stage conveys the sparkle and professionalism that the gala deserves.
