Gold Sparkle is Västerås City’s annual business gala, an evening where the city’s entrepreneurs, business people, and organizations are in the spotlight. Here, success, innovation, and community come together to celebrate the efforts that make Västerås a thriving place for business and development. In 2025, Adventy had the honor of organizing the gala again.

The evening was characterized by elegance, inspiration, and networking in a festive atmosphere. Prestigious awards were given to companies and individuals who excelled through their leadership, creativity, and valuable contributions to Västerås’ development. The categories varied, but what united all winners was their passion and commitment to the city’s future and growth.

Being a part of Gold Sparkle is something we at Adventy see as a true privilege. In close collaboration with Västerås City, we work to create a gala that leaves a lasting impression – both on the award recipients and on the audience.

Our role encompasses everything from creative planning to the precise execution of the stage production, where we ensure that every moment on stage conveys the shine and professionalism that the gala deserves.
