On April 3rd, a client approached us with a request to organise a large-scale event to celebrate the company’s success. The date was set for April 28th.

At first, we assumed the inquiry referred to the following year. It quickly became clear, however, that the event was to take place the very same month.

The brief included 700–800 guests, a welcome reception with drinks and canapés, a seated three-course dinner, and live entertainment — a full-scale production with high expectations for logistics, guest experience, and execution.

Given the tight timeline, we immediately established a clear project structure and assembled a dedicated team tailored to the scope and objectives of the assignment. Project management, production, creative content, digital solutions, and décor worked in parallel from day one to ensure quality at every stage. Through streamlined decision-making, frequent check-ins, and an agile workflow, the production moved forward efficiently without compromising attention to detail or the overall experience.

At the same time, an intensive venue search was underway to secure a location with the right capacity, accessibility, and conditions for the evening’s programme. Following multiple site visits, the venue was confirmed and full production could take shape.

When event day arrived, hundreds of guests were welcomed to an evening defined by seamless logistics, a thoughtfully curated dinner, strong visual identity, and engaging entertainment — an experience that reflected the client’s achievements and ambitions.
