Coca-Cola Europacific Partners - Top Partner Event

In July, we welcomed 120 guests to Stockholm when the German Coca-Cola Europacific Partners hosted their annual Top Partner Event. A fantastic event where we got to showcase the city at its best with accommodation and conference in a picturesque archipelago at Smådalarö Gård.

Productive meetings were interspersed with lovely themed evenings, classic Swedish flavors on the plate, entertainment, and of course, the Football European Championship on a big screen outside on the terrace at sunset.

The theme of the first evening was Midsummer, with everything related to the holiday. Midsummer pole with dancers and musicians in folk costumes, garden games, drinking songs, a midsummer buffet which concluded with Swedish strawberries and cream served on the terrace.

After the conference the next day, the bay was filled with RIB boats from Öppet Hav, which offered guests a thrilling ride. A stop at Grand Hotel Saltsjöbaden for a market visit and pleasant mingling before the boats headed towards Artipelag where an evening with a Swedish forest theme awaited.

During the walk up from the pier through the forest, a colorfully dressed figure was placed as a magical forest spirit with her song. The rest of the evening featured a barbecue buffet with flavors from the forest, a live band, birds singing, and one of the archipelago's best views.

The last day's coffee break ended with a real classic, namely semlor!

An incoming event where BSC assisted with concept, decor, stage production, interpretation, activities, entertainment, transfers, logistics, participant management, and project management before and on-site. Wonderful days in July that we will remember for a long time and thank for good cooperation!
