When the store managers from Synoptik and Smarteyes gathered for this year's kick-off, the purpose was clear: to create the next chapter together. Under the theme ”Vision for Tomorrow” the future was the focus – with inspiration, clarity, and community as guiding stars.
For two days, the conference was filled with energy, participation, and pride. From joint plenary sessions to in-depth group meetings, participants had the opportunity to reflect, celebrate achievements, and set the direction forward.
The result? An impressive overall rating of 4.4 out of 5 and comments such as:

An experience with a clear vision
Gathering store managers from across the country demanded requirements for both location and arrangement. The venue needed to be easily accessible, but also inspiring and well-suited for meetings and dialogue. With over ten parallel group meetings, space was created for in-depth conversations and real value for participants.
Under the theme ”Vision for Tomorrow” a clear thread was created throughout the entire experience – from invitation and event website to stage program, decor, and printed materials. Every detail contributed to the feeling of direction, community, and faith in the future.
From inspiration to action
The program began with a joint lunch and plenary where expectations quickly rose. Inspiring speakers – both internal and external – filled the stage with energy, clarity, and motivation. The focus was on celebrating achievements, sharing news, and building a common vision for the future.
This was evident in the evaluation, where the plenary received 4.3 out of 5 in ratings.
When evening came, the conference took on a new form. Thoughtful lighting, sound, and details created an environment where the theme came to life and the participants became part of the story. The dinner was filled with entertainment, award ceremonies, and spontaneous laughter – and ended, of course, on the dance floor.
Day two was dedicated to focus and the future. In eleven different meeting rooms, discussions continued about visions, goals, and concrete next steps. To simplify the journeys home, the conference concluded with take-away lunch for all participants – a appreciated detail in a well-planned arrangement.

Adventy’s role
For us at Adventy the assignment was about creating a cohesive experience – a whole where form, content, and feeling worked together. We were responsible for the concept, design, and production of the entire event: from idea and graphic identity to stage production, framing, and implementation on-site.
In close collaboration with Synoptik and Smarteyes, we created a conference that inspired, engaged, and strengthened the sense of community – an experience that truly aimed towards the next chapter.
