Sales Manager for Adventy Event & Travel

Adventy is entering its next phase of development.

With a turnover of approximately 70 million SEK and a strong position in events, conferences, and group travel, we are now looking for a sales manager who wants to take a clear hold on our continued commercial development.

This is a strategic key role.

We are looking for someone who can both drive business operationally – and at the same time build structure, culture, and working methods that strengthen the entire organization’s business capability over time.

The Role

As a sales manager, you will have overall responsibility to:

  • Develop and implement Adventy’s sales strategy

  • Identify new business opportunities and create long-term customer relationships

  • Further develop existing customers through structured and proactive work

  • Ensure clear pipeline, follow-up, and goal work

  • Enhance the business acumen across the organization

You will actively engage in customer dialogues, meetings, and deals – while also coaching and developing colleagues on how we can collectively drive business forward.

The position includes travel.

We are looking for a person who enjoys opening new doors, taking initiatives, and driving processes – while equally valuing teamwork and shared results.

Sales and Marketing in Collaboration

We would like you to have experience in marketing work and can contribute to:

  • Clarify our positioning

  • Develop a structured marketing plan

  • Ensure that sales and marketing efforts collaborate effectively

For us, sales is at the core – but we see marketing as an important leverage for long-term growth.

Who We Are Looking For

You have:

  • Several years of experience in qualified B2B sales

  • Documented ability to create and develop customer relationships

  • A strong focus on profitability at all levels of sales work – both in the strategic and practical implementation within the organization.

  • Experience working with clear key performance indicators, overall goals, and their follow-up

  • Good business understanding and experience working in service organizations

  • A coaching and unpretentious approach

  • Experience in the event and travel industry and/or in a similar role within the same customer segment is preferred.

Experience from events, communications, or related service sectors is a plus – but the right drive, structure, and ability to build relationships are crucial.
