Mello Evening – with your own soundtrack

A sparkling evening filled with humor, music, and energy.

As part of the client's Sales Awards Gala, we created a Mello-inspired comprehensive concept that not only took the stage – but shaped the entire evening's experience. From the dinner start to the last final note, the concept reappeared in several highlights and provided a common thread that the audience really immersed themselves in.

We built everything from jingles, bumpers, and graphics to scripts, structure, and stage production – always with the company's identity at the center. The evening was led by two charismatic hosts who took the audience on a musical journey filled with specially written numbers, sketches, and surprises.

The final was decided by a live voting where the audience voted in real time for their favorite contribution – and the winner was crowned in front of a cheering audience.

Who is hiding behind the mask?

An evening where curiosity took over and the joy of the show prevailed.

During the client's leadership conference, the evening's dinner transformed into an unexpected and playful experience, inspired by Masked Singer. The guests did not know what to expect – but as soon as they entered the venue, the decor, lighting, and details hinted that something special was about to happen.

The concept was woven throughout the evening and appeared in surprising moments, presentations, and stage hits that kept the interest alive from the first to the last hour. We created a complete setup with costumes, stage solutions, bumpers, graphics, and music that gave the dinner the feeling of its own TV production.

When colleagues in disguise took to the stage and performed their numbers, the room was filled with laughter, anticipation, and intense guesses. Through a digital voting tool, the audience could speculate on who was hiding behind the masks and vote for the evening's favorite.

The reveals became the highlight of the evening – applause, laughter, and pure astonishment created a warm and memorable finale that showed how much courage, humor, and joy can be contained in a single concept.

Safe tones

An evening where competitiveness, music, and community flowed in harmony.

For this evening, we built a special customized version of 'This Is How It Should Sound' – an entire evening where the competition appeared in several segments and gave the whole experience a playful red thread. From the very start, the tone was set: live band on stage, a unique intro song, and a digital mascot that, together with the evening's host, kept the audience entertained.

Every time the show returned during the evening, a new category in the music competition was presented. In teams – table by table – the participants submitted their guesses digitally in real-time, regardless of whether it was about the Image Question, Red Thread, or Swenglish. The pace was high, the atmosphere warm, and the engagement hit the roof.

We at Adventy produced everything from graphics, jingles, and bumpers to competition structure, scripts, and interactive technology. Every moment was designed to enhance both playfulness and corporate culture.

The evening concluded with the winning team being celebrated on stage – complete with music trophies and cheers. A show that not only entertained but also brought people together through music, laughter, and competitive spirit.

Who is best at testing?

A secret, 'Best in Test'-inspired episode created just for this evening.

In preparation for the company's major store manager conference, we created a specially produced episode inspired by 'Best in Test', where the management team took part as participants. All tests were filmed in advance, and no one in the audience knew that the recording had taken place. When the episode suddenly started playing on the big screen, the room was filled with laughter, reactions, and immediate engagement.

In the film, the management was put to the test through unexpected tests and creative assignments that challenged both improvisation and problem-solving. A jury panel followed each attempt and commented with humor and warmth, giving the episode a playful and light-hearted tone.

Adventy was responsible for the entire production – from idea and test design to recording, graphics, bumpers, and editing. The result was a tailored and highly appreciated feature that gave the conference both energy and a memorable topic of conversation long afterward.
