PROJECT MANAGER EVENT PRODUCTION - Temporary position with the possibility of permanent employment
About you
We believe you are a person who is used to leading event projects and developing appealing concepts. You have a well-developed project methodology, are creative, and excel at managing your clients. You are a team player - but must also be able to drive the ball yourself and score, that is, to quote and set contracts independently. You are sociable and have a knack for establishing contacts as well as driving assignments to completion with colleagues. You are attracted to international work - in terms of customers and working methods. You are social, curious, driven, ambitious, and unpretentious. You work just as well with smaller assignments as the larger ones. You enjoy variety in your work.
Job Responsibilities
In the role of event project manager, you will actively work on quoting and selling projects, and then project manage these from start to finish together with a project group. The size of the projects can vary according to the client, but can involve everything from a smaller corporate event to one with many hundreds of participants. Likewise, small and larger events outside of Sweden. You will also be responsible for a selected group of clients.
Formal Requirements
-3+ years of experience as an event project manager of corporate events
-Good references from both clients and HR managers
- Experience from marketing and advertising (meritorious)
-Experience from an event agency (meritorious)
-Documented sales experience
-Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
-Additional language skills (meritorious)
- Booking system Qondor (meritorious)
-Driver's license B (meritorious)
Employment Period
The position is a full-time temporary role starting on March 1 due to parental leave. There is a possibility of permanent employment after the temporary position.
